Saab bursaries will be awarded within the following fields of study:

• Computer Science (BSc)
• Computer Engineering (B Eng)
• Electronic Engineering (B Eng)

ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME – COVERAGE VALUE

The following study expenses will be covered by the bursary programme: tuition fees, prescribed books, accommodation, meals and a laptop allowance.

Bursary recipients are selected based on academic merit and commitment to the Science/ Engineering field of study.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted – should you not receive any feedback within 60 days of the application deadline, regard your application as unsuccessful.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

• South African citizen
• Completed Matric
• Studying full time towards a degree qualification in one of the aforementioned fields of study
• Passed all previous study modules/ subjects
• Studying at a recognised tertiary institute within South Africa
• Good academic record
• NOT currently in possession of any other valid bursary awards
