DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Randburg, Gauteng
Duration: 12 months

Medshield Medical Scheme invites the youth (18 to 35 years old) to apply for the Wealth Management Learnership Programme, located in Randburg, Gauteng. The learnership will take place over a 12 month period – starting in February 2022 and ending in January 2023.

Candidates will receive a stipend each month and after completing the programme, they will receive a Wealth Management: NQF level 5 qualification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old
• Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
• Must have achieved a minimum result of 60% for English in Matric
• Must have achieved a minimum result of 60% for Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy in Matric
• Must have achieved a minimum result of 60% for a second language in Matric
• Advantageous: completed a Nursing qualification
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must be hard-working and enthusiastic
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be reliable
• Must be passion about excellence
• Must work to a high level of accuracy
• Must be well organized
• Must have integrity and strong work ethic
• Must be committed to learning
• Preference will be given to candidates in line with the Employment Equity Act
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with disabilities
