DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Locations: Century City, Cape Town, Western Cape
Contract duration: 6 months

WNS are offering 2 learnership opportunities, including:
1) Contact Centre and BPO Outsourcing: National Certificate – NQF Level 3 for Contact Centre Lead Associates & Senior Associates.
2) Generic Management National Certificate – NQF Level 4: for Team Leaders & Group Managers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
Contact Centre and BPO Outsourcing: National Certificate (NQF Level 3):

• Must have passed Mathematical Literacy in Grade 10 (NQF Level 2)
• Must have passed Communication in Grade 10 (NQF Level 2)
• Must have passed Computer Literacy in Grade 11 (NQF Level 3)
• Must have a clear disciplinary record

Generic Management National Certificate (NQF Level 4):

• Must have passed Mathematical Literacy in Grade 11 (NQF Level 3)
• Must have passed Communication in Grade 11 (NQF Level 3)
• Must have passed Computer Literacy in Grade 11 (NQF Level 3)
• Must have a clear disciplinary record
