General Requirements for ICT Authority Jobs

• Prospective applicants must have a valid means of identification, either National ID, Drivers License, or International Passport
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration; Finance, Public Administration, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Have a Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized institution;
• Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
• Be registered with a relevant professional body;
• Be of integrity, transparency, and accountability as per Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya,2010;
• Have a clear understanding of the ICT Authority’s Mandate and the role of the Corporate Services Directorate in the realization of that mandate; and
• Have demonstrated outstanding professional, managerial, and leadership competence as reflected in Work Performance and Results
