National Employment Authority Job Vacancies 2024
The National Employment Authority job vacancies are in two (2) categories, which are local (i.e. in Kenya) and Foreign (i.e. abroad).
NEA Local Job VacanciesRequirements for NEA Recruitment 2024 Â
- Applicant must be a Kenya citizen
- He or she must have an acceptable means of identification a National ID or passport
- Candidate should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Applicant should possess a minimum mean grade of D+ (D Plus) and above in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination or its equivalent from an examination body recognized in Kenya with a D+ (D Plus) and above in either English or Kiswahili languages
- Applicant should have a minimum of four (4) practicing experience
- Have a leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution (optional)
- Applicant should be free of criminal record
- Those applying for driver’s should have a valid license
- Applicant should be a registered member or relevant professional body
- Applicant should be proficient in computer skills
- Applicant should demonstrate results in work performance
- Candidate applying should possess, analytical, communication, strategic and innovative thinking, interpersonal, the ability to mobilize resources, and negotiation skills
- Applicant should fulfill the Chapter size (6) constitution by possessing the following documents;
- Kenya Revenue Authority (Tax Compliance Certificate);
- Higher Education Loans Board (HELB Clearance Certificate);
- Criminal Investigations Department (Certificate of Good Conduct);
- An approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB Report);
- Ethics and Anticorruption Commission (Dully filled and completed first schedule (s.13) and self-declaration form stamped by the EACC.

www.neaims.go.ke is the online recruitment portal for National Employer Authority recruitment where applicants are to visit, then log in fill out, and submit the NEA job application form.
How to Apply for National Employment Authority Recruitment 2024
Whether you’re applying for local or foreign jobs, you will need to create a job account on the NEA portal.
- First visit www.neaims.go.ke
- Click the Apply Now link for the position you wish to apply
- Click Create Account on the next page that opens
- Select your Nationality
- Provide your National ID number, name, KRA PIN, email address, cell phone,
- Select the nearest NEA office then input a password and confirm the same
- Then click on signup
- After that, return to the NEA job portal
- Then input your National ID and password
- Click sign in, then fill out the online application form
- Upload required credentials according to the stipulated size
- Proofread your application to avoid mistake
- Then submit if everything is okay
