ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP

Bytes Technology learnerships generally run over the course of 12 months, and upon successful completion students will leave with a full NQF qualification.

Each year the company open numerous learnership positions, with NQF qualifications available from Level 2 to Level 5 (National Certificates or FET Certificates).

Classes take place during the week (Monday to Friday), whereby students gain structured theoretical training and structured practical working experience. Learners will receive a monthly salary of R3 000.

Bytes Technology award two different types of learnerships:
Contact Centre Learnerships: training takes place over 2 months and the rest of the time is spent on practical work experience in the workplace.
End User Computing Learnerships: training takes place over 5 months and the rest of the time is spent on practical work experience in the workplace.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• South African citizen
• Reside in Pretoria or Johannesburg
• Between 18 and 34 years old
• Female
• Disabled (will be required to provide a medical certificate)
• Completed Matric
• Currently unemployed
• Clear criminal record
• Good command of the English language
