Requirements for Deloitte Graduate Recruitment 2024
The requirements for this job vary, depending on your country of residence. Below are the qualifications for Deloitte graduate recruitment applicants per Country.
Applicants from Kenya
Candidates applying from Kenya must:
- Be a Kenyan citizen with valid means of identification like a National ID Card
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or its equivalent.
- Graduated in the preceding three years (2022/2024/2024). A letter of completion must be attached where the degree certificate has not been issued yet.
- Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) overall grade of B+, with a B+ in
- Mathematics and English or equivalent.
- Qualification or pursuing a qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of
- Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is desired, but not a requirement for the Audit and Tax roles.
Applicants from Tanzania
Candidates applying from Tanzania must:
- Be a citizen of Tanzania
- He or she must have an acceptable means of identification
- Be a graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent.
- Completed undergraduate studies by July 2024 or graduated in the preceding year (2022).
- A’ Level – Division 1 or equivalent.
- O’ Level – Division 1 or equivalent with at least B in Mathematics and English.
- Qualification or pursuing a qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of
- Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be an added advantage, but not a requirement for the Audit and Tax roles.

Applicants from Uganda
Candidates applying from Uganda must:
- Be a citizen of Uganda with valid means of identification
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in 2021, 2022 or 2024 or expecting to have completed undergraduate studies by June 2024. A letter of completion or complete testimonial should be attached to your application;
- Have or expect to get at least an Upper Second-class degree;
- A minimum of 16 points at ‘A’ Level or equivalent;
- A first grade in ‘O’ Level (with at least credit 3 in English and Mathematics) or equivalent;
- A recognized accounting qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Association of
- Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT),
- Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), Postgraduate Diploma in Tax or the equivalent, is an added advantage; Availability from July 2024; One (1) year’s working experience is an added advantage.
