Duties & Responsibilities
- Building rapport with customers by handing each and every customers query in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure consistently imparts the correct product and service information to customers.
- Obtains ;impart ;clarifies and verifies information to and /or from customers to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate appropriate levels of empathy in situation that requires these skills and provides customers with individualized attention.
- Consistently contribute towards improving customer experience by identifying potential areas for process/productivity improvements and highlights the same to supervisors.
- Utilizes the relevant tools and resources provided by the company to respond to customers queries and request.
- Provides the relevant reports on a daily basis -where applicable
- Appropriately escalates customer care queries to supervisors to ensure speedy resolutions of the same.
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must have completed 12 years of schooling
- Minimum diploma in relevant courses, Degree will be an added advantage.
- Good typing speed and computer skills ,particularly with regards to Microsoft office application.
- Good communication skills, proficient in Microsoft word applications and good written English.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a calm disposition particularly in stressful work situations.
- Displays a positive attitude;ability to remain positive and energetic throughout a work day.
- Updates self on products and services by reading new product information ;and participating in training opportunities.
- Updates own market intelligence on comparative product and services.
- Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 work environment including odd hours,weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work extra hours to meet business needs .
- To reside within reasonable travel distance to the office ,as defined by the company ,to facilitate ease of transport arrangements where applicable.
- Maybe required to undergo periodic medical examination to assess own suitability for continued employment at the call center.
