TSC Advertised Promotions Vacancy 1: NATIONAL TRAINERS, CENTER FOR MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION IN AFRICA (CEMASTEA

Requirements

To qualify for deployment, a teacher must: –

1. Be at a minimum grade of C4, T-Scale 9, Senior Master IV.
2. Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Science) or its equivalent; –

iii. Have been a County Trainer-CEMASTEA for at least three years;

1. Have demonstrated professionalism and good performance;
2. Have demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy and ICT integration in teaching;
3. Have participated in the performance appraisal process.

Applicants shall be required to upload the following documents during application:

1. a) Letter of appointment to the current grade.
2. b) Highest Academic Qualification.
3. c) Letter of appointment as CEMASTEA County Trainer.
4. d) Certificate in Computer applications.
5. e) Certificate/s of Participation in the use of ICT integration in Education.

TSC Advertised Promotions Vacancy 2: SENIOR LECTURER IV (TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGES)

Requirements

To qualify for deployment, a teacher must: –

1. i. Be at a minimum grade of C4, T-Scale 9, Senior Master IV.
2. Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or its equivalent.

iii. Have participated in the performance appraisal process.

Applicants shall be required to upload the following documents during application:

1. a) Letter of appointment to the current grade.
2. b) Highest Academic Qualification.

TSC Advertised Promotions Vacancy 3: CHIEF PRINCIPAL – (GRADE D5/TSC SCALE 15)

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

1. have served in the grade of Senior Principal (Grade D4/TSC Scale 14) for a minimum period of three (3) years;
2. be a holder of a Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Science/Arts plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE);
3. be currently serving as Principal;
4. have satisfactory ratings in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process; and
5. meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Applicants shall be required to upload the following documents, which MUST be valid, during applications:

1. Letter of appointment to the current grade
2. Letter of deployment to the current responsibility
3. Certificate of Good Conduct from the Director of Criminal Investigations.
4. Clearance Certificate by Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
5. Clearance Application from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
6. Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau.
7. Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)

TSC Advertised Promotions Vacancy 4: CHIEF PRINCIPAL – (GRADE D5/TSC SCALE 15)

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

1. have served in the grade of Senior Principal (Grade D4/TSC Scale 14) for a minimum period of three (3) years;
2. be currently serving as Principal;
3. have satisfactory ratings in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process; and
4. meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

TSC Advertised Promotions Vacancy 5: SENIOR PRINCIPAL – (GRADE D4/TSC SCALE 14)

1. have served in the grade of Principal (Grade D3/TSC Scale 13) for a minimum period of three (3) years;
2. be currently serving as Principal;
3. have satisfactory ratings in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process; and
4. meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

TSC Advertised Promotions Vacancy 6: PRINCIPAL – (GRADE D3/TSC SCALE 13)

Requirements

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

1. have served in the grade of Deputy Principal (Grade D2/TSC Scale 12) for a minimum period of three (3) years;

2. be currently serving as Deputy Principal;

3. have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process; and

4. Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
