ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE LEARNERSHIP:

SpecCon (Pty) Ltd was established in 2013 by a Chartered Accountant who spotted a need for a training solutions company while working in senior management. Founder, Heinrich van der Westhuizen, realised that there was a shortage of essential skills development within companies which decreased employee efficiency in the workplace. Van der Westhuizen began his training venture by teaching Microsoft Excel and a free online platform for individuals to learn Excel.

After a decade of training, van der Westhuizen realised how much of a difference training made to employees work quality, which is why he formed SpecCon – to take training solutions to the next level.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
