Reporting to: Repayment Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage queries from customers
- Contact customers who are disabled
- Take ownership of all issues and challenges through to resolution
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Analyze customers’ financial status and credit to determine feasibility of payment for kits/products
- Explain to clients the products and credit options that are available as well as the terms of those services
- Explain to customers the repayment plans
- Review and update customers’ credit files
- Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers
- Update delinquent customers and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action to Repayment Officers
- Manage movement and storage of repossessed and returned kits
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in micro-finance (Added Advantage)
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma or Degree
- Fluency in English and one or more local language (Bemba, Nyanja)
- Maximum 2 years of experience
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Zambian market, especially Rural Zambia
- Experience in either Micro-Finance, Telecoms, Fintech, Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) or all
- Proven track record in working with targets and elaborating detailed strategies
- Ability to manage field sales teams towards aggressive targets
- Communication skills
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Proven networking and social skills
- Team Player
- Data and Report Analysis
