Biography Of Bella Alubo

Bella Alubo, real name Mabel Oine Alubo is a Nigerian R&B, Alternative singer and songwriter born on August 9th, 1993 in Benue state but grew up in Plateau state capital, Jos.

Not much is known about where the talented songstress had his primary and secondary school education but we are aware that she graduated from University Of Jos with a degree in Microbiology.

Career

Bella starting her career in music at a very young age, she begun writing poems which fueled by her thoughts and emotions at the age of 12, and when she clocked 16 she has already gotten inspirations from Lil Wayne to write her own rap verses.

Bella’s released her first piece of work, a cover to Kanye West’s “Theraflu” in 2012 after becoming intrigued by the success of acts like M.I, Ice Prince and Jesse Jagz who were from the same town with her.

Upon finishing her university education Bella Alubo decided to take music seriously, her first body of work with Jxmmy Whxxlxr was released in 2016 with and then came her second Extended Play, “Bella 2.0: Lucid Dreaming”.

She Landed a record deal with Popular music record label, Tinny Entertainment which was at that time home to Nigeria hardcore rapper and singer, Ycee.

Bella has put out lots of impressive crafts and has also worked with many notable people in the industry, her collaborative EP together with Ycee “Late Night Vibrations” was released in 2018 and the followed up with another one titled “Re-Bella”.

So far Bella has worked with the likes of Mr Eazi, Zlantan, BOJ, Victoria Kimani, Lady Donli, Efya, and South Africa female rapper, Sho Madjozi. Her body of work so far includes over 4 Extended Play projects and more than 10 of singles.
